State Taxation Service in their letter, N 11394/0/71-12/17-1217 dated 13.12.2012 calms individuals single tax payers. Certificate of single tax payer, issued in 2012, and which concluded codes of economic activities according to State Classification of the Types of Economical Activities-2005 (CTEA, or transliterated – KVED), is still valid.
Besides the absence of data according to the new classificatory cannot be the ground for refusal to issue a Certificate of single tax payer for 2013.
But this concerns only to individual entrepreneur, not legal persons.
Its recalled that from 1 January 2012, it a new Classification of Economic Activities – CTEA-2010 was launched, so during the 2012 taxpayers should register the new types of economical activities according this Classification and since January 1, 2013 the old Classification-2005 is canceled.
