According to the changes in the Methodology of normative monetary value of non-agricultural land (except land within settlements), which entered into force on 1 January 2013, land valuation should be carried out on time – within 7 working days from the date of receipt of application.
Such innovations dramatically simplify and systematize the procedure for applicants.
Thus, the required monetary value of land is used to determine the size of the land tax, the state fee (and is mandatory in case of disposal of land plot, including mines, inheritance, gift), the establishment of rent for the land plots of state and municipal property, loss of agricultural and forestry production, and in other cases provided by law.
